G. L. RScheeon end wife, Ives HyeB Richeson and R. V. NSchola end wife, Vere Nichols, bearing
date March 7, 1951 covering the herein above deacri bad property to Kerr County for right-of-
wey or arrest purposes, end in the deacratioh of the court, sold property would enhance the
value of Lne two blocks oP which th la street divides and would therefore be beneficial to
Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Ecksteln, seconded by Goff end unanimously
approved by the court that the property ea set out in. the deed ezecuted by C. L. xicheaon and
wife, and R. V. Nichols and wife, to Kerr County, be accepted by the court for street pur-
poses on the above said parts of lots and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to
record same is Lhe deed records of hie office.
