G. L. RScheeon and wife, Ives Byas Richeson and R. V. Nichols end wife, Vera Nichols, bearing
date March ~, 1951 covering the herein above dascribad property to Kerr County for right-of-
wey or street purposes, and in the des cretion of the court, said property would enhance the
value of the two blocks of which th is street divides end would therefore be benePi ciel to
Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckste ln, seconded by Goff end unanimously

by him during the. month of Jenua ry with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his
