Wherefore the court having considered the continued re pairs on the present 1947 Chevrolet automobile used ..-~ by the Sheriff's Depe rtment and its continued deprecie tion in value, feel it beneficial to " Kerr County Lo purchase a new automobile at this time. After having considered the bid oP Peterson Garage & Auto Company for a 1951 Chevrolet atyl aline deluge Pour door sedan, which includes the heater end a defroster, lase a trade-in value on the 1947 Chevrolet four door sedan of $gU0.00, the court is of .the opinion that avid automobile should be purchased by said department.
