This the 13th day of March, A. D. 1951, the attention having been brought to Lhe court
in regard to the payment oP the salary of the County Treasurer on a commission ben is, figured
against the various funds oP Kerr County, and it appearing to the court that said commie sions
have bean figured on a 2~ basis not to eaceed ~2 ,000.00 a year, end that on said commission

No. 5094. AUTHORITY TO PURCHASE NEW AUTOMOBILE FVR SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
Th is the 13th day oP March, A. D. 1951, came on to be conald Bred by the court the two bids
presented on various styles of Chevrolet end Ford automobiles f'or the purpose of considering
the purcha ae of a new automobile for the Sheriff's Department of Kerr County. Wherefore the
court having considered Lhe continued repairs on the present 1947 Chevrolet automobile used _
by the Sheriff's Department end rte continued depreciation in value, feel it beneficial to
Kerr County Lo purchase a new eu tomobile at this time. After having considered the Did of
Peterson Garage & Auto Company for a 1951 Chevrolet atyl el ins deluae four door sedan, which
includes the heater end a defroster, lase a trade-Sn value on the 1947 Chevrolet four door
sedan of $800.00, the Court is of the opinion that aeid automo Dile should be purche sad by said
