fication of the court house lawn and the necessity oP. Forming a committee to plan such beautl-
ficetion; and it appearing to the court that Earl Gerre tt, John k. Leavell end Henry Eckstein
should be authorized to plan avid beautification.
Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by GoPP end unanimously approved by
the court, that the afor eeeid committee be authorized to beautify the court house ]a wn in
their own descretion.

Powell end unenimoualy approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County
Clerk be directed Lo mails bill to the City for the amount oP ¢19.17 to be deposited in the
General Fund of Kerr County, 'Pezee, upon collection.
