duly made by Powell, seconded by Coff and unanimously approved by Lhe court that Sheriff

ficetion of the court house lawn end the necessity of.forming a committee to ple^ such beauti-
fication; end it appearing to the oourt that Esrl Garrett, John k. Leavell and Henry Ecke Lein
should be authorized to plan aeid beautification.
Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff sad unanimously approved by

report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Publio Weigher, Kerr County Precinct //1,
showing en aggregate of X61.65 collected leas $5.00 retained by aeid officer ea reimbur~e-
ment for his official bond fee, leaving an aggregate of 9656.65 oollected through April 26,
1951, end it appearing to the court that aeid report is true end co rreot and should be approve
and that the Clerk should mail Lhe City a bill for their pro re to pert in the amount of $19.17
due the General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckate in, se condad by
