it appearing to the court that the ice container to the old water fouuta in has been removed
which was beyond repair, end that no cooler is ^ow in existence end that Sheri Pf Garrett snould
be authorized to make inquiries and purchase en electri c. water fountain; therefore by motion
duly made by Powell, seconded by GoPP and unanimously appr ov ad by the court that Sheriff
Garrett be authorized to accept bids and purchase. e. water fountain for the court house.
