On this the 12th day of June, A. D• 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the olaim
of George Kies Company, 1506 Vie at Lynn, Austin, Taxes., for the eaphelt aurfa ce on the Chri~t-
ian Encempme nt Road and Commis sionera Precinct f/2 of Karr County, Teaea; and it appearing to
the court that a pro rata pert of said expense should be bore out of the general Road 8. Bridge
Fund of Kerr Uounty, and that the sum oP X1426.25 should be transferred from Roed & Bridge Fund
to Roed & Bridge Precinct /{2, and that the payment of $2,926.25 be paid out of the Roed b.. Bridg
Fund, after such transfer is me de in favor of Road & Bridge ~2 as said clalm Sn the discretion
of Lhe court, is true and correct, therefore by motion duly made 6y GofP, seconded by Eckstein
end unanimously approved by the court, that $1b26.25 by apportionment put of Road & Bridge

Carpenter Shop Sn the amount of ~35.OG, end it appearing to the court that said claims ere in
proper order and should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by GoPY
end unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk drew voucher age inat the County
Treasurer in like amounts in the respective flan da against Kerr County.

5198. PI;RCHASE OF BUILDING LOCATED ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO KERB COUNTY.
This Lhe 12th day oP June, A, D. 1951, came on to be conslderad by the court, the need for
the building belonging to l7. G. Powell, located on Lot #390, Block 52> Schreiner Addition to
the City of Kerrville, which reel estate is now the property of Kerr County; and it appearing
to the court that Kerr County is in dire need of said building and that same can be acquired
for the sum of ffi175.00 end should be purcheaed; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Molter end unanimously approved by the court, that the County UlerK drew voucher against the
County Treasurer in the sum of $175.00 payab la to W. G. Powell on the Road b. Brid ga rund of
Kerr County for the purchase of the oforementionad bullding.
