$2926.25 OUT OF R & B ~2.
On this the 12th day of June, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the claim
of George Kies Company, 1506 West Lynn, Austin, Taxes., for the asphalt surface on the ChrisL-
ien Encampment Roed and Commis sionera Precinct #2 of Kerr County, Texas; cad it appearing to
the court that a pro rata pert of said expense should be bore out of the general Roed &. Bridge
Fund of Kerr G'ounty, end that the sum Of $1426.25 should be treneforred Prom Roed & Bridge Fund
to Roed & Bridge Precinct /f2, and that the payment of $2,926.25 be pe id out of the koed a Bridg
Fund, after such transfer is me de in favor of Roed &~ Bridge #2 as said claim in the discretion
of the court, is true and correct, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein
and unanimously approved by the court, that $1b26.25 by apportionment out of Roed & bridge
Fund to Road & Bridge #2 end that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to drew voucher
for the Pull payment of said invoice 1n the amount of .$2,926.25 on the County Tr assurer payable
to George Kiea Company on itoad h Bridge g2, for the eapha It surface performed on the Christi ea
Encampment Road in Canter Paint, Texas.

of 0. L. Tampke in the amount of $72.00 filed against Road & Bridge #4 and the claim of Reader'
Carpenter Shop in tt.e amount of $35.00, end it appeerdnB to the court that said cle ima ere in
proper order and should be eppro vad; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff
end unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk drew voucher age inst the County
Treasurer in like amounts in the respective riinda against Kerr County.

No. 5198. PURCHASE OF BUILDING LOCATED ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO KERR COUNTY. ~ li
This Lha 12th deg of June, A, D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the need Por
the building belonging to 10. G. Powell, located on Lot #390, Block 52, Schreiner Addition to
the City of Kerrville, which reel estate is now the property of Kerr County; and it eppe wring
to the court that Kerr County Se Sn dire need of said building end that anme oen be acquired
for the sum of $175.00 end should be purchased; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded
by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clark drew voucher against the
~ County Treasurer 1n the sum of $175.60 payable to W. G. Powell on the Road &. Bridge r'uud of
