D. 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the claim of George Kies Company, 1506 West Lynn, Austin, Taxes., for the asphalt surface on the ChrisL- ien Encampment Roed and Commis sionera Precinct #2 of Kerr County, Texas; cad it appearing to the court that a pro rata pert of said expense should be bore out of the general Roed &.
