D. 1951, came on to be presented to the sourt, the claim of George Kies Compen y, 1506 Weat Lynn, Austin, Taxe6., for the eaphelt aurfece on the Christ- ion Encempme nt Road and Commis sionera Precip et f/2 of Kerr County, Texas; and it appearing to the court that a pro rata pert of said expense should be bore out of the general Road &.
