On this the 12th day of June, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented to the sourt, the claim
of George Kies Compen y, 1506 Weat Lynn, Austin, Taxe6., for the eaphelt aurfece on the Christ-
ion Encempme nt Road and Commis sionera Precip et f/2 of Kerr County, Texas; and it appearing to
the court that a pro rata pert of said expense should be bore out of the general Road &. Bridge
~~ Fund of Kerr County, and that the sum of X1426.25 should be transferred from Road & Bridge Fund
to Roed & Bridge Precinct ~2, end that the payment of $2,926.25 be paid out of the Roed a Bridg
Fund, after such transfer is me de in favor of Roed & Bridge //2 as said claim in the discretion
