ion of Hurtoa Meeker ehd 107 others for locating a right of xey from the east sad of Ye in
Street through Oek Park Addition; and it appearing to the court that an investigation should
be made Sn regard to the surveying end any other matters pertaining to the right-of-ways along
said route; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, ae conded by Eckstein and unahimoualy ap-
proved by the court, that proper in veatiga tlon be made et the pr anent time to determine what
coats could be ezpe clad to secure the proper right-of-ways.
