On motion by Commieaioaer Lea Goff, eeoonded by Oommiaeioner Henry 8ckstein on vote calla
by the County Judge, Kerr County, noting through the Commisaionera Court of said County,
accepts the terms end oonditioae of said Highway Commission Minute Order end agrees to furnish
required right-of-way free of coat to the State.
It is further ordered that the Clerk oertlPy ooples oP this portion of the Miautea of
the Commisaionera Court and forward them to the State Highway magiaeer and to the District
Engineer of the State Highway Department."
