On motion by Commissioner Lee Goff, seconded by Commieaioher Henry Eaketein on vote celle~
by the Co uhty Judge, %err County, acting through the Commissioners Court of said County,
ac cepta the terms end conditions of said Highway Commission Minute Order end agrees to furnish
required right-of-way free of coat to the State.
It ie further ordered that the Clerk aertlfy copies of this portion o2 the Minutes of
the Eommisslohera Court and forward Lhem to the State Highway mhgineer ehd to the District
Engineer of the Stets Highway Depertmaht.°
