against the County 'lreaeurer in like amounts out of Liu respective funds against Kerr County.

application of Eater oroaco for assistance in favor of Marie~Orosco, a pauper. It appearing
to the oourt that Marie Oroaco is in dire need for assistance and that she should be alloyed
=60,00, payable on the 15th of August and September let, 1951; therefore by motion duly made
by Eckstein, swanded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk
dray voucher against the County Treasurer yayable to Ester Oroaco for the benefit of Marie
Oroaco, the anm et :30.00 payable on the 15th day of Augnet and a like amount on the first
day of September, 1951, out of the General Fend of Karr County, Texan, as a pauper allowance.
