to the court that Marie Orosco 1s in dire need for assistance sad that ahs should ba alloyed
360.00, payable oa the 15th of August and September 1st, 1951; therefore by motion duly made
by Eckstein, ssaonded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk
dray voucher against the County Treasurer payable to Ester Orosco for the benefit of Marie
Oroeco, the sum of 330.00 payable on the 15th day of August and a like amount ~ the first
day of September, 1951, out of the Geasral Fund of Kerr County, Tesas, as a pauper allowance.
