and mileage Ease collected by him in the performance of his duties is said office for the
month of July, A. D. 1951, in the amount of $137.80, and it appearing to the court that the
itemised report of collections and deposits as submitted, are tree and correct, and should
be approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein end
unanimously approved by the court.
