This the 13th day of Augast, A. D. 1951, came oa to be considered by the court that there
is approximatalq $17,174.27 surplus, is the Caanty Road District Righvtay Fnnd at the cad of
this fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of $10,147.39 due the Sinking Fonda of Rerr
County's eligible road bond issues, rhich amount rill be sufficient to pay the entire county's
proportion of this indebtedaeaa for the nezt fiscal year, end,
wREREAB, it further appears that after retaining the sun of 510,149.39 by the State,
there la approzlmstsly 57,026.88 remaining to the credit of Rerr County in the Lateral Road
Fund rhich is available to Rerr County, to be need for the construction or improvement of the
Rerr County lateral roads.
AOW THEREFORE, by motion daly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously ap-
proved by the court, that Serr County request of the Hoard of County and District Road lndebt-
edneas, to forward said fmida to the Treasurer of Rerr County; and it la 1Urther ordered that
all of the said fuada are here aid nor earrarked, ~aet aside and deslgaated to be used by said
Rerr County for the parpoae of canstrnetion or improvement of Rarr County lateral roads; that
the County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of =7,026.88, or whatever
credit Sa due Rarr County, to the Rerr County Lateral Road Pend.
The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to prepare a certified copy of this order
and forward acme to the Hoard of County sad DSstriet Aoad Indebtedaesa, 506 Highway Huildlag,

gneat of Virgil Y. Parsons, City-County Sanitarian,tor an additional salary; it appearing to
the court that the Sanitarian is pressatly receiviug 51,500.00 salary per annum from the
County and approaimately :600.00 per annum from the County as traveling ezpenae, and a like
amount of aalarq and traveling ezpease from the City; that the City Connail has increased
their pro rata salary in the amowft of 5300.00 per annum and that the County ahoulfl incraae
same for like amount; therefore by notion duly made by Eckstein, ascaaded by Powell sad un-
