THE COUNTY ANDROAD DISTRICT HIGHYGY FORD:
This the 13th day of August, A. D. 1951, came oa to be considered by the court that there
is approximately $17,174.27 surplus, in the Conntq Road District Highway Fund at the end of
thin fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of $10,147.39 due the Slaking Funds of Kerr
County's eligible road bond issues, which amount will De sufficient to pay the entire county's
proportion of this indebtedness for the next fiscal year, and,
~~;Riesc~ it farther appears that after retaining the anm of $10,149.39 by the State,
there is approzimately $7,026.88 remaining to the credit Of Kerr County is the Lateral Road
Fund which is available to Kerr County, to be used for the construction or improvement of the
Kerr County lateral roads.
NOW TBEHEFOBB, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously ap-
proved by the court, that Kerr County request of the Board of County and District Road Iadsbt-
sdneaa, to forward said funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County; and it Se further ordered that
all of the acid Evade are hers and mw earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by said
Kerr County for the purpose of construction or improvement of Kerr County lateral roads; that
the County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of $7,026.88, or whatever
credit Sa dun Kerr County, to the Kerr County lateral Road Fug;
The County Clerk be, and ie hereby directed to prepare s certified copy of this order
and forward same to the Board ofCounty and District Aoad Indebtedness, 506 Highway Building,
Austin, Tezas.

This the 13th day of Angnat, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the re-
gneat of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Saaitsrian,tor an additional salary; it appearing to
the court that the Sanitarium is pressmtly receiving $1,500.00 salary per annum from the
County and approximately $600.00 per annum from the County as traveling eicpenee, and a like
amount of salary and traveling expense from the City; that the City Connoii has increased
their pro rata salary In the amount of $300.00 per annum and that the County should increase
cams for like amount; therefore by notion duly made by Eckstein, ase~dsd by Powell sad nn-
animoualy approved by the court, that the salary of the City-County Sanitarian M increased
$300.00 Per annum payable $25.00 per month beginning September 1, 1951, and a like payment
thereafter until further determined by the court, payable to the said Virgil V. Parsons,
out of the General Fund of Serr County.
