D. 1951, came oa to be considered by the court that there is approximately $17,174.27 surplus, in the Conntq Road District Highway Fund at the end of thin fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of $10,147.39 due the Slaking Funds of Kerr County's eligible road bond issues, which amount will De sufficient to pay the entire county's proportion of this indebtedness for the next fiscal year, and, ~~;Riesc~ it farther appears that after retaining the anm of $10,149.39 by the State, there is approzimately $7,026.88 remaining to the credit Of Kerr County is the Lateral Road Fund which is available to Kerr County, to be used for the construction or improvement of the Kerr County lateral roads.
