TH8 COIINTY ARD ROAD DIHTRICT HIGHWAY FDND: -
This the 13th day of 4ugnat, A. D. 1951, case on to be considered by the oonrt that there
Sa approximately $17,174.27 surplus, in the Comty Road District Bighway Fund at the end of
this fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of $10,147.39 due the Sinking Fuada of Kerr
County's eligible road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient Lo pay the entire county's
proportion of this indebtedneaa for the nezt fiscal year, and,
WREREAS, it further appears that after retaining the anm of $10,149.39 by the State,
there is approzimatsly $7,026.88 remaining to the credit of 1Grr County Sn the Lateral Road
Fund which is available to Kerr County, to De used for the construction or improvement of the
Kerr County lateral roads.
ROW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously ap-
proved by the court, that Kerr County request of the Board of County and District Road Iadsbt-
edness, to forward said fins to the Treasurer of Kerr County; and it !s further ordered that
all of the said funds are here andmw earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by said
Kerr County for the purpose of construction or improvement of Kerr County lateral roads; that
the Covnty Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of $7,026.86, or whatever
credit is due Rerr County, to the Eerr County Lateral Aoad Fnnd.
The County Clerk be, end is hereby directed to prepare a certified copy of this order
and forward acme to the Hoard of County and District Aoad Indebtedneaa, 506 Highway Huildiag,
Austin, Teaas.

This the 13th daq of August, A. D. 1951, came m Lo be considered by the court, the re-
quest of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County 8anitarien,for an additional salary; it appearing to
the court that the Sanitarian is presently receiving $1,500.00 salary par annum from the
County and approximately $600.00 per annum from the County as traveling expeaea, and a like
amount of salary and traveling ezyenae from the City; that the City Connell has increased
their pro rata salary in the amount of $300.00 par annum and that the County should incraae
same for like amount; therefore by motion duly made by Sekateia, aeccnded by Powell end un-
animously approved by the court, that the salary Of the City-County Sanitarian bs iacrsaaed
$3~•~ Per annum payable $25.00 per month beginning September 1, 1951, and a like payment
thereafter until further determined by the court, payable to the said Virgil V. Parsons,
out of the Oanaral Fund of Rerr County.

cation of E. R. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Karr County, for an advancement from
Kerr County of $500.00 to apply on his 1951 County Tax Assessor's Comisslons. And it appear-
ing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be paid to
hin out of the Aoad & Bridge Fund of Kerr County. Therefore, by motion duly made by Molter,
seconded by Ooft, sad unanimously approved by the court, that Nichols be advanoad the sum
of $500.00 out of the Aoad R Bridge Fug of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby
authorised to draw wencher against the County Treasurer in like amount.
