D. 1951, case on to be considered by the oonrt that there Sa approximately $17,174.27 surplus, in the Comty Road District Bighway Fund at the end of this fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of $10,147.39 due the Sinking Fuada of Kerr County's eligible road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient Lo pay the entire county's proportion of this indebtedneaa for the nezt fiscal year, and, WREREAS, it further appears that after retaining the anm of $10,149.39 by the State, there is approzimatsly $7,026.88 remaining to the credit of 1Grr County Sn the Lateral Road Fund which is available to Kerr County, to De used for the construction or improvement of the Kerr County lateral roads. ROW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously ap- proved by the court, that Kerr County request of the Board of County and District Road Iadsbt- edness, to forward said fins to the Treasurer of Kerr County; and it !s further ordered that all of the said funds are here andmw earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by said Kerr County for the purpose of construction or improvement of Kerr County lateral roads; that the Covnty Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to deposit the amount of $7,026.86, or whatever credit is due Rerr County, to the Eerr County Lateral Aoad Fnnd.
