D. 1951, cane on to be considered by the court that there Sa approximately $17,174.27 surplus, in the County Road District Righway Fnnd at the sad of this fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of $10,147.39 due the Sinking Punch of Kerr County's eligible road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient to pay the entire county's proportion of this indebtedaeaa for the nezL fiscal year, and, WAF.RSAS, it farther appears that after retaining the anm of $10,149.39 by the State, there is approzimataly $7,026.88 remaining to the credit of Karr County in the Lateral Road Fund which is available to Kerr Covnty, to be used for the construction or improvement of the Rerr County lateral roads.
