THE CODNTY ARD ROAD DISTRICT HIGHYAY FDND:
This the 13th day of Augnat, A. D. 1951, cane on to be considered by the court that there
Sa approximately $17,174.27 surplus, in the County Road District Righway Fnnd at the sad of
this fiscal year, of which there will be a credit of $10,147.39 due the Sinking Punch of Kerr
County's eligible road bond issues, which amount will be sufficient to pay the entire county's
proportion of this indebtedaeaa for the nezL fiscal year, and,
WAF.RSAS, it farther appears that after retaining the anm of $10,149.39 by the State,
there is approzimataly $7,026.88 remaining to the credit of Karr County in the Lateral Road
Fund which is available to Kerr Covnty, to be used for the construction or improvement of the
Rerr County lateral roads.
NOA THEREFOAB, by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously ap-
proved by the court, that Kerr County request of the Board of Couatq end District Road Ludebt-
edneea, to forward said fmda to the Treasurer of Kerr County; and it is Further ordered that
all of Lhe said funds are hers amd mow sarnarked, set aside and designated to be used by said
Kerr County for the purpose of ccastrnctdon or improvement of Kerr County lateral roads; that
the County Treasurer be, and da hereby directed to deposit the amount of $7,026.88, or whatever
credit is due Kerr County, to the Kerr County Lateral Road Pnud,
The County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to prepare a certified Dopy of thin order
and forward same to the Board of County and District Aoad Indebtedness, 506 Highway Building,
Austin, Teaan.

gneat of Virgil V. Parsons, City-County Sanltarian,for an additional salary; it appearing to
the court that the Saaltarien is presaatly receiving $1,500.00 salary per annum from the
County and approximately $600.00 per annum from the County as traveling ezpanae, and a like
amonrt of salary and traveling ezpenee from the City; Lhat the City Connail has increased
their pro rata salary in the amount of $300.00 per annum and that the County should lacreaae
same for like amount; therefore by motion duly made by Rekatsin, seconded by Powell and un-
animously approved bq the court, that the salary of the City-County Banltarlan be Sacreaaed
$300.00 per annum payable $25.00 per month beginning Seytember 1, 1951, and a like payment
thereafter until 1lrrther determined bq the court, payable to the said Virgil V. Parsons,
out of the General Fund of Karr County.
