cation of E. H. Nichols, Taz Assessor & Collector, to cancel and have affidavit signed to
clear hie dalingneat records agninat Annie 0. Wright, as Annie 0. Wright has two paid receipts
bearing date July 24, 1928, signed by J. T. Moore, then Tax Collector, acting by and through
F. Moors, hie deputy. It appearing to the court, that receipt #232 is the amount of =28.26
and /233 in amount of ;33.60 be in Yull evidence that such taaea were paid ~ full at that
time sad that the Taa Collector should be authorized to have photostatic copy of such receipts
sad as affidavit aaewted showing the payment of seals end that ao delinquent tan with anq
interest be collected thereon.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, eeco~ed by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court, that E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor affi Collector of Kerr Comfy, Tezas, be and
is hereby authorized to charge off of his deliagnaat tax tall-against Annie 0. Walght for the
year 1928, by virtue of her receipts X232 and #233 and by proper affidavits executed is
support thereof.

This the 14th day of August, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court the gnarter-
ly report of E: Cold, Comfy Treasurer, covering receipts and diaburaementa of Ksrr County,
for the quarter eking July 31, 1951, and it appearing to the court that after careful and
thorough ezamination by said court, together with cancelled warrants, checks, bonds and
coupons covering same, that said report is true and correct and that same should be approved
by the court, all as is shown by certificate of approval signed by each somber hereof, there-
fore by motion made by Eckstein, seconded by Coff and unanimously approved Dy the court,
that said report be approved as shown 1n said certificate of approval signed by the court,
that said Comfy Clerk should record said report is the looao leaf records of his office
and file such cancelled warrants, Whacks, bonds and coupaas in his office for safe keeping
and 1lirthar reference.

This the 14th day d August, A. D. 1951, came on to De considered Dy Lhe court, the
application of Lawrence 3tsphena, Comfy Clerk, to purchase one 15" typewriter with a 14"
writing line, from Commercial OPPice Supply of Kerrville, Tezas, with the discretion left
to the court to retain or trade is a 14" UhderMOOd typewriter with the tradeia value of
332.50 or trade in a 11" machine for 27.5.00. It appearing to the court that either of the
used typexriters can be used by any other office, such as the Tea Collectors, for typing
automobile license and that to save the 37.50 a month for rental, and that the Comfy Clerk
should be authorized to purchase from the Commercial Office Supply, the 15" Remington type-
writer with a 14" writing lice at a price to Kerr County of 3155.00.
