This the 14th day of Angnat, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, an appli-
cation of E. H. Aiohols, Taz Assessor & Collector, to cancel and have affidavit signed to
clear hie dslingneat records agninat Annie 0. Wright, as Annie 0. Mright has two paid receipts
bearing data July 24, 1928, signed by J, T. Moore, Lhen Tax 6ollector, acting by affi through
F. Moore, hie deputy. It appearing to the court, that receipt #232 in the amomt of $28.26
and #233 in amount of $33.60 be Sa full evidence that such taxes vets paid Al full at that
time and that the Tea Collector should be authorised to have photostatic copy of such receipts
and an affidavit ezawtsd showing the payment of sane and that no delinquent tax with any
interest be collected thereon.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seco~ed by Powell affi unanimously approved
by the court, that E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor affi Collector of EeTr Comfy, Texas, be and
is hereby authorised to charge off of hie delinquent tax rellagainst Annie 0. waighL for the
year 1928, by virtue of her receipts /232 and i/233 and by proper affldaoits executed in
support thereof.

This the 14th daq of Anguat, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court the gnarter-
ly report of E. Gold, County Treasurer, covering receipts and diaburaementa of Serr County,
for the quarter ending Julq 31, 1951, and it appearing to the court that after careful and
thorough examination by said court, together with cancelled warrants, checks, bonds and
coupons covering same, that said report Se true and correct and that same should be approved
by the court, all as is shown by certificate of approval aignafl by each somber hereof, there-
fore by motion made bq Eclutein, seconded by Gotf and unanimously approved by Lhe court,
that said report be approved as shown in said certificate of approval signed by the court,
that said County Clerk should record said report in the loons leaf records of hie office
and file such cancelled warrants, checks, bonds and coupons in his office for safe keeping
and further reference.

No. 5262. CODNTY CLERK ADTHOAIZED TO PDRCHASE 15" TYPEWRITER.
This the 14th day d August, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
application of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, to purchase one 15" typewriter witA a 14"
writing line, from Commercial Office Supply of 8errville, Texas, with the discretion left
to the court to retain or trade in a 14" Dhderwood typewriter with the tradein value of
$32.50 or trade in a 11" machine for $15.00. It appearing to the court that either of the
used typewriters can be used by any other office, such as the Taa Colleetora, for typing
automobile license and that to save the $'7.50 a month for rental, end that the County Clerk
should be authorized to purchase from the Commercial Office Supply, the 15" Remingtaa type-
writer with a 14" writing lime at a price to Rerr County of ;155.00.
