It appearing to the court that either of the used typewriters can be used by any other office, such as the Taz Collectors, for typing automobile license and that to save the 37.50 a mouth for rental, and that the County Clerk should be authorized to purchase from the Commercial Office Supply, the 15" Remington type- writer with a 14" writing line at a price to Herr County of 3155.00. On this 14th day of August, 1951, came on to be heard and considered by the Commiasdoners Court of Rerr County, Tezas, the petition of Joe Burkett, Jr., for the right and franchise to conatruaE, operate end maintain pipe linen across and along the Qcunty public roads of Center Point, Eerr County, Tezas, and the same having bean duly considered, it da hereby aRDERED AND DECREED by the Commissioner Court of Rerr County, Texas, that the said Joe Bcu'kett, Jr., his heirs and assigns, for and Sn consideration of the benefits to accrne to the public, is hereby granted the right and franchise to construct, operate and maintain a pipe line or lines for oP the transportation of water, over and along the Covnty Public roads,/Center Point, Rerr County, Texas. It appearing to the court that Mr. Voigt is willing to deposit with Rerr County the sum of $63.44, of which $2$.00 is to be deposited in Road & Bridge #3 Fund as a credit for a cattle guard to be used by said precinct, and the sum of $38.44 to ba deposited to Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund FM si1341 for pipe and the difference between the aluminym gate erected by the County.
