On this 14th day of August, 1951, came on to be heard and considered by the Commiasianers
Court of Rerr County, Tezas, the petition of Joe Burkett, dr., for the right and franchise to
canatruct, operate and maintain pipe lines aorosa and along the ~ovnty public roads of Center
Point, Barr County, Tezas, and the same having bean duly considered, it is hereby oADEASD AND
DECREED by the Commlaelanere Court of Karr County, Texas, that the said doe Hackett, Jr., his
heirs and assigns, for and is consideration oP the benefits to accrue to the public, is hereby
granted the right sad franchise to construct, operate and maintain a pipe line or lines Por
of
the transportation of rater, over and along the County Public roads,/Center Point, Rerr
County, Tezas. The said lines are to be constructed as not to unreasonablq interfere with
public travel in any way, or to damage the County public roadways.
It is distinctly understood and agreed that the said Joe Burkett, Jr., his heirs and
assigns, in the eanstractian, operation and maintenance of the aforesaid line, shall at all
times be sub~eot to and conform to the orders of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas

This the 14th d~ of August, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the bill
of Chsa. Schreiner Company in the amount of $140.11 and the bill of J. T. Williams, in the
amount of $151.20 for pipe and plumbing for Rudy Voigt along Cypress Creek F. M. X1341. It
appearing to the court that Mr. Voigt is willing to deposit with Rerr County the sum of
$63.44, of which $25.00 is to be deposited in Road & Bridge #3 Fund as a credit for a cattle
guard to be used by said precinct,and the sum of $38.44 to be deposited to Road & Bridge Aight
of Way Fund FM $1341 for pipe and the difference betxeen the aluminum gate erected by the -,
County.
Wherefore the court feels that this settlement is dust and fair and should be in full
and final settlement xith the exception of about one mile of right of vay fence that is to be
erected at the eapease of the County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Guff atui unanimously approved by the court, that the aforesaid bills be approved for payment
and the check from Mr. Rudy Voigt in the amount of $63.44 be accepted ae a deposit, of which
$25.00 credit to Road & Bridge $3'and $38.44 deposited to Road & Bridge Right of Way FM 1341,
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher on the County treasurer in the amo
of $140.11 payable to Charles Schreiner Co. and $151.20 to J. T. Williams out of the Road &
Hridge Aight of Way Fund FM X1341.
