On this 14th day of August, 1951, came on to be heard and oonsidered by the Commlasioners
Court of Kerr County, Texas, the petition of Joe Burkett, Jr., for the right and franchise to
conatract, operate end maintain pips lines across and along the ˘onnty public roads of Center
Point, Farr County, Tezaa, and the same having bean duly considered, it is hereby ORDERED AND
DECREED by the Commisaionera Court of Karr County, Teus, that the said Jke Hackett, Jr., his
heirs and assigns, for aril is consideration of the benefits to accrue to the public, is hereby
granted the right sad franchise to construct, operate sad maintain a pipe line or lines for
of
the transportation of water, over and along the County Public roads,/Center Point, Kerr
County, Texas. The said lines are to be constructed as not to unreasonably Snterfere with
public travel in any way, or to damage the County public roadways.
It is distinctly understood and agreed that the said Joe Burkett, Jr., his heirs and
assigns, is the coastractioa, operation and maintenanoe of the aforesaid line, shall at all
times be aub~ect to and conformto the orders of the Commiasionera Court of Kerr County, Te,

This the 14th day of August, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the bill
of Chaa. Schreiner Company is the amount of $140.11 and the bill of J. T. Williams, in the
amount of $1$1.20 for pipe and plumbing for Rudy Yoigt along Cypress Creek F. M. j/1341. It
appearing to the court that Mr. Yoigt is willing to deposit with Kerr County the sum oP
$63.44, of which $25.00 is to be deposited in Road & Bridge #3 Fund as a credit for a cattle
guard to be used by said precinct, and the sum of $38.44 to be deposited to Road & Bridge Right
of Way Pund FH p1341 for pipe and the difference between the aluminum gate erected by the --.
County.
Wherefore the court feels that this settlement is dust and Pair and should be is full
and final settlement with the exception of about one mile of right of way fence that is to be .
erected at the expense of the County therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Guff and unanimously approved by the court, that the aforesaid bills be approved for payment
and the check from Mr. Rudy Yoigt Sn the amount of $63.44 be accepted as s deposit, of which
$25.00 credit to Road & Bridge A3'ead $38.44 deposited to Road & Bridge Right of Way FM 1341,
the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher on the County treasurer in the amo
of $140.11 payable to Charles Schreiner Co. and $151.20 to J. T. Williams out of the Road &
Bridge Right of Way Fund FM X1341.
