On this 14th day of August, 1951, came on to be heard and considered by the Commisadonera Court of Kerr County, Tezas, the petition of Joe Burkett, Jr., for the right and franchise to construcE, operate and miatain pipe lines across aad along the bounty public roads of Center Point, Eerr County, Texas, and the aama having been duly conaidsrefl, it ie hereby ORDERED AND DECREED by the Commissioners Court of Kerr Covnty, Texas, that the said Jfoe Hackett, Jr., hie heirs and assigns, for and in conslderation oP the benefits to accrue to the public, is hereby granted the right and franchise to construct, operate and maintain a pipe line or lines for oP the transportation of water, over and along the County Public roads,/Center Point, Rerr County, Tezae. The said lines are to be constructed as not to unreasonably interfere with public travel in any way, or to damage the County public roadways. Schreiner Company Sa the amount of $140.11 and the bill of J. T. Williams, in the amount of $151.20 for pipe anal plumbing for Rudy Voigt along Cypress Creek F. M. $1341. It appearing to the court that Mr. Voigt is willing to deyoait with Kerr County the sum of $63.44, of which $25.00 is to be deposited in Road & Bridge 3/3 Fund sa a credit for a cattle guard to be used by said precihet,and the sum of $38.44 to be deposited to Road & Hrddge Right of Spay Fund FM SP1341 for pipe and the difference between the aluminum gate erected by the County. Wherefore the court feels that this settlement is dust and fair and should be in full and final settlement with the exception of about one mile of right of way fence that is to be erected at the expense of the County5 therefore by motlon duly made by $ckstein, seconded by Guff and unanimously approved by the court, that the aforesaid bills ba approved for payment and the check from Mr. Rudy Voigt in the amount of $63.44 be acceyted as a deposit, of which $25.00 credit to Aoad & Bridge $3'and $38.44 deposited to Road & Bridge Right cf Way FM 1341, the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher on the County treasurer in the amo of $140.11 payable to Charles Schreiner Co, and $151.20 to T.
