D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court the sattle- mentsmade with Henry Dietert Estate; Clyde D. Parmelee, et ua; Leland L. Hobbs, et ua; Eduard Spencer Martyr •t we anal W. L. Rutherford, et wc, for the right of way and damages lacnrred to said property owners along the Kerrville-Ingram State Highway ~27s Wherefore, the court having considered that Henry Dietert Estate has conveyed by proper deed 3.108 acres at =600.00 per acre amounting to t18d+.80; that Clyde D. Parmelee and wife, Barbara B. Parmelee have conveyed .544 of an acre at 2600.00 per.aare amounting to 1326.40; that Leland L. Hobbs and wife Glenn D. Hobbs, have conveyed .207 of an ears at $600.00 per acre, entitling them to 4178.20; that Edward 3peacer Martyr and wife Ruby Beatrice Nartyr have conveyed .33 of an acre at X600.00, entitling them to 1259.80; and that W. L. Rutherford and wife, Cleo Rutherford have c~veyed to the State .099 of an acre of which they desire no coplpensation for said land, a upon the agreement that KA1T County build/enitable driveway to the property and save the pre- - sent fences and gate; that this court should accept the right of way deeds as conveyed by the aforesaid parties and that proper touchers should be drawn is favor of said aforesaid parties in fall and final settlement of the property conveyed to the State of Tessa by the land owners mentioned.
