D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court the sattle- meatsmade with Henry Dietert Estate; Clyde D. Parmelee, et ua; Leland L. Hobbs, et uz; Eduard Spencer Martyr et ux sad W. L. Rutherford, et ux, for the right of way and damages incurred to said property owners along the %errville-Ingram State Highway #27e Wherefore, the court having considered that Henry Dietert Estate has conveyed by proper deed 3.108 acres at $600.00 per acre amounting to 21864.80; that C}yde D. Parmelee and wife, Barbara H. Parmelee have conveyed .914 of an acre at 3600.00 per.acre amounting to 3326.40; that Leland L. Hobbs and wife Glens D. Hobbs, have conveyed .207 of an acre at $600.00 per acre, entitling them to 3178.20; that Edward Spencer Martyr and vile Auby Beatrice Martyr have conveyed .33 of an acre at 3600.00, entitling them to x259.80; and that W. L.
