This the 14th day oP August, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court the settle-
meatsmade with Henry DSetert Estate; Clyde D. Parmelee, et ua; Leland L. Hobbs, et uz; Eduard
Spencer Martyr •t ux sad W. L. Rutherford, et uz, for the right of way and damages incurred ~~~,
to said property owners along the Renville-Ingram State Highway #27, Wherefore, the court ~,I
having considered that Henry Dietert Estate has conveyed bq proper deed 3.108 acres at $600.00 ~
per acre amounting to Y1864.80; that Clyde D. Parmelee and wife, Barbara H. Parmelee have
conveyed .544 of an acre at $600.00 per.acre amounting to 1326.40; that Leland L. Hobbs and ~
wife Glenn D. Hobbs, have conveyed .207 of an acre at $600.00 per acre, entitling them to
X178.20; that Edward Spencer Martyr and wife Auby Beatrice N.artyr have conveyed .33 of an
acre at •;600.00, entitling them to 7P259.80; and that W. L. Rutherford and wife, Cleo Rutherford;
have coaveged to the State .099 of an acre of which they desire no co;spensation for said land, '

upon the agreement that Kire County build/suitable driveway to the property and move the pre- ~'
sent fences and gate; that this court should accept the right of way deeds as conveyed by the ~~
aforesaidyartiea and that proper vouchers should be drawn Sn favor of said aforesaid parties ~..
in roll and final settlement of the property conveyed to the State of Teaas by the land omera

NOW THEREFORE, by motion duly made by Eckstein, secoiWed by Goff and unanimously approved
by the court that the Conntq Clerk be, and is hereby directed to drax vonehera against the
County Treasurer on the Eerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Highway #27 to-wits
1. Henry Metert Estate for 11,864.80;
2. Clyde D. Parmelee and wife, Barbara H. Parmelee for $326.40;
3. Leland L. Hobbs and wife Glenn D. Hobbs for 2178.20;
4. Edward Spencer Martyr sad wife Ruby Beatrice Martyr for =259.80.
That Barr County agrees Lo build a suitable driveway to the property of W. L. Rutherford
wife, Clso Rutherford a~ move hie fences and gate in a suitable location; that the afaure-
eaid consideratlons a~ agreement be and are in full aetisfaction of the real estate.conveyed
