D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court the settle- meatsmade with Henry DSetert Estate; Clyde D. Parmelee, et ua; Leland L. Hobbs, et uz; Eduard Spencer Martyr •t ux sad W. L. Rutherford, et uz, for the right of way and damages incurred ~~~, to said property owners along the Renville-Ingram State Highway #27, Wherefore, the court ~,I having considered that Henry Dietert Estate has conveyed bq proper deed 3.108 acres at $600.00 ~ per acre amounting to Y1864.80; that Clyde D. Parmelee and wife, Barbara H. Parmelee have conveyed .544 of an acre at $600.00 per.acre amounting to 1326.40; that Leland L. Hobbs and ~ wife Glenn D. Hobbs, have conveyed .207 of an acre at $600.00 per acre, entitling them to X178.20; that Edward Spencer Martyr and wife Auby Beatrice N.artyr have conveyed .33 of an acre at •;600.00, entitling them to 7P259.80; and that W. L.
