This the 14th day of August, A. D. 1951, after motionhaving been duly made bg Goff,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, and is
hereby directed to issue notice by-publication in both issues of the local pewspapers, to the
effect that the hearing wSll be held on the proposed 1951 - 1952 County Budget in the court
room of the Court House In Sarrville, &err County, Teass, at 2t00 P. M. on Friday, August 31,
1911, which time and place is hereby set for said public hearing on said proposed 1951 - 1952
County Budget, together with the levy of the 1951 taxes.
