ipal Air Port of Barrvilie, Teaas, agreeing to pay to Karr County at the rate of twenty oenta
per running Poot for a double topped hard aurPeoed siztaen (16) foot wide road in Shady Grove
Addition, for their respeotive portion fronting along, their property, upon the oompletion of
the work to an inapeator~s satisfaction. WHEREHORS, the oourt having considered said petition
deems it advisable that at sash time the aatusl coat of euoh construction is deposited with
the Co unt9 Treasurer to the credit of Road & Bridge, Preciaot No. 2 of Berr County, the Com-
