matter of the adoption of the County Budget for 1951 and 1952, and the filing and levying of
the tax rate for the County and various school districts for the year 1951, and it appearing
to the court that prnpernoticea have been published in each newspaper of Kerrville, Texas,
for at least one week, according to law, and after thorough consideration sad eaamination the
Court is of the opinion that the same should be approved by the Court, and that the County,
Road, School and Speaisl Taaes for Karr County for the year 1951, ba and era hereby levied et
the following rates, payable on each $100.00 valuation, to-wit:

by directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer, payable to Temple H. Shelton of Cen
Point, Tease, in the amount of ;25.00 for a pauper allowance, to be drawn on the General Fund
of Kerr County, Tasas.
