This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, Dame on to be considered by the court, the
claims and acoounts filed against Kerr County and Sts respective preciaete since the last term
of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on
separately; therefore by motion duly made bq Powell, aecoaded by Goff and unanimously approved
by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #1 be approved for Pay-
ment; that all claims and accounts filed against Road h Bridge #2, be approved for payment,
after motion having been made by Enkatein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the
court; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 be paid, after motion hav-
ing been made bq Eckatsin, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court; that all
claims filed against Road ~ Bridge #4 be approved for payment, after motion having been duly
made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; after motion hav-
ing been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that
all claims filed against Renville-Ingram Road k Bridge Right of Waq Fund Highway #27 be paid;
that all claims and accounts filed against Road k Bridge Right Way Fund FM #1341 be paid, afte.

by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund and Road & Bridge
Fund be approved for payment, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby dlreoted to draw vouchers

shoving an actual and necessary expense of $3.00 incurred bq him In the conduct of his office

monthly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Teaa e, cover
ing the month of August, 1951 of Criminal cases f1Ud, witnesses, ~udgmenta and fury Pees
collected, showing a sum of $58.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl-
ing him to a fee of $27.05, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
therefore by motion dilly made by Eokstein,.saeonded by Molter and unanimously approved by the
court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to peg the fe• of $27.0§ to Judge Pringle
