This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to ba considered bq the court, the
claims and acoounts filed against Karr County and its respeotive precincts since the last term
of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on
separately; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, aeeoaded by Goff and unanimously approved
6y the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge /1 be approved for pay-
ment; that all claims and accounts filed against Aoad ~ Bridge #2, be approved for payment,
after motion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by Lhe
court; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge *3 be paid, after motion hav-
ing been made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court; that all
claims filed against Road k Bridge #4 be approved for payment, after motion having been duly
made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; after notion hav-
(ling been duly made by Scksteln, seconded by Molter and unaalmouely approved by the court, that
all claims filed against Kerrville-Ingram Road d Bridge Right of way Fund Highway M27 be paid;
that all claims and accounts filed against Aoad 8 Bridge Right Way Fund FM #1341 be paid, afte.

showing an actual and necessary expanse of f3•~ incurred by him in the conduct of his office
