Ao. $278. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
claims and acoounte filed against Karr County and its respective preoinota sines the last term
of this court, and St appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on
separatelq; therefore by motion duly made bq Powell, ascended by Goff and unanimously approved
by the court, that nil olaima and accounts filed agalnat Road d Bridge #1 be approved for pay-
ment; that all claims and accounts filed against Aoad ~ Bridge #2, be approved for payment,
after motion having been made by Eokatein, seconded by Goff and uaanimoualq approved by the
court; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 be paid, after motion hav-
ing been made by Eokatsia, aeoonded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court; that all
claims filed against Road & Bridge i/+ be approved for payment, after motion having been duly
made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; after motion hav-
(ling been duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that
sll claims filed against Kerrville-Eagram Road k Bridge Right of way Fund Righway #27 be paid;
that all claims and accounts tiled against Aoad d Bridge Right Way Fund FM #1341 be paid, efts:
motion having been duly made by Ecks rein, ascended by Tbiter amd unanimously approved by the
court; after motion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against the General Fund and Road R Bridge
Fund be approved for payment, and the County Clerk bs, end is hereby directed to draw vouchers
against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the
respective funds, according to law.

Thin the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be ezamined, the monthly report
of Jao. R. Leavall, County Judge, of Kerr County, Texas for the month of Augmt, A. D. 1951,
shoving an aotnal and necessary expense of 33.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
~~during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and
such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, ascended by
Molter and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

monthly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, cover
Sng the mmth of Angnat, 1951 of Crlallnal oases filed, witnesses, ivdgmenta and fury fees
collected, showing a sum of 358.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl-
ing him to a fee of 327.05, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
therefore by motion duly made by Eoksteln,.aeconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the
court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pgythe fen of 327.05 to Judge Pringle
to-wit: 318.05 out of the General Fund and 39.00 out of the Road d Hridge Fund of Kerr County
