D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of $124.63 collected for the month of August, 1951, and St appearing to the court that thi-City of Kerrviila is~entitled to one-half of the collect- ions and deposits over $100.00 axHI that one-half of the 5,000 scale tickets costing $33.85 be pro rated between the City of Kerrville and Rerr County and that this report be approved in accordance thereof and that the County Clerk should mail a bill to the City for one-half of the purchase price of said scale tickets, allowing credit for one-half of the receipts over $100.00.
