claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective preoinoLs since the last term
of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on
separately; therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved
by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road 3 Bridg• fll be approved for pay-
ment; that all claims and accounts filed against Aoad d Bridge ~2, be approved for payment,
after motion having been made bq Edkateln, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the
court; that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge *3 be paid, after motion hav-
ing been made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff, and unanimously approved by the court; that all
claims filed against Road & Bridge ~+ be approved for payment, after motion having been duly
made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court; after eotlon hav-

all claims filed against Kerrville-Ingram Road ~ Bridge Right of way Fund Highway N27 be paid;

ing the month of AngnsL, 1951 of Criminal oases filed, witnesses, ~udgmente and fury fees
collected, showing a sum of $58.10 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl-
ing him to a fee of $27.05, and it appearing to the court that said report is Lrue and correct

Texas for his services performed during the month of Augnat, 1951, and it appearing to the
Court that said officer has rendered diligent aervlce as show therein and same should be

Ro. 5283. APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERR WILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER
PRECINCT t/1.
This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County
Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of $124.63 collected for the month of August, 1951, and
St appearing to the court that thi-City of Kerrviila is~entitled to one-half of the collect-
ions and deposits over $100.00 axHI that one-half of the 5,000 scale tickets costing $33.85
be pro rated between the City of Kerrville and Rerr County and that this report be approved
in accordance thereof and that the County Clerk should mail a bill to the City for one-half
of the purchase price of said scale tickets, allowing credit for one-half of the receipts
over $100.00.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to bill the City in the amount
of $4.61 to be deposited in the General Fund of Rerr County when collected.
