D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Precinct N1, showing an aggregate of 3124.63 collected for the month of AngusL, 1951, and it appearing to the court that thl~Cfty of Kerrville is~eatitled to one-half of the collect- ions sad deposits over 3100.00 and that oae-half of the 5,000 scale tickets costing 333.85 be pro rated between the City of Rerrvilla and Kerr County and that this report be approved in accordance thereof and that the County Clerk should mail a bill to the City for one-half of the purchase price of said scale tickets, allowing credit for one-half of the receipts over 3100.00.
