This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the		
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Publio Weigher, Kerr County		
Precinct j/1, showing an aggregate of 1124.63 collected for the month of August, 1951, and		
St appearing to the court that the City of Renville ia~eatitled to one-half of the collect-		
ions and deposits over 1100.00 and that one-half of the 5,000 aosle tickets costing 133.8$		
be pro rated between the City of %errville and Rerr County and that this report be approved		
in accordance thereof and that the County Clerk should mail a bill to the City for one-half		
of the purchase pried of said scale tickets, allowing credit for one-half of the receipts		
over 1100.00.		
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seoonded by Molter sad unanimously approved		
by the court sad the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to bill the City in the amount		
of 14.61 to be deposited in the General Fund of Rerr County when collected.
