This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, Dame on to be considered by the court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Rerr County
Precinct #1, shoving an aggregate of =124.63 collected for the month of August, 1951, and
it appearing to the court that thA City of Kerrville Sa~eatitled to one-half of the collect-
ions and deposits over 5100.00 and that one-half of the 5,000 seals tickets costing $33.85
be pro rated between the City of Rerraille and Rerr County and that this report be approved
in accordance thereof and that the Covnty Clerk should mail a bill to the City for one-half
of the purchase price of said scale tickets, allowing oredit for one-half of the receipts
over 5100.00.
Therefore by motion duly made by Bekstein, seoonded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court and the County Clerk be, and Ss hereby directed to bill the CStq in the amount
of 54.61 to be deposited in the General Fund of Aerr County when collected.
