This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Publio Weigher, Kerr County
Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of $124.63 oollected for the month of August, 1951, and
St appearing to the court that the City of Keriville Ss~entltled to one-half of the collect-
ions and deposits over $100.00 and that one-half of the 5,000 aosle tickets costing $33.85
be pro rated between the City of Kerrville and Karr County sad that this report be approved
in accordance thereof and that the Covnty Clerk should mall s bill to the City for one-half
of the purchase price of said scale tickets, allowing oredit for one-half of the receipts
over $100.00.
Therefore by motion dnlq made by Eckstein, seoonded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to bill the Citq in the amount
of $4.61 Lo be deposited in the General Fund of Rerr County when collected.
