Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Rerr County, Teas for the mont4 of August, 1951 chewing an actual and necessary expense of $673.50 incurred by him in the conduct of hla offio daring said month, sad it aPPearing to the court that said report 1s true and correct cad such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court for such eapenditurea herein. D. 1957, came on to be considered by the Court the application oP E. H. NS Chols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement from Kerr Covntp of $500.00 to apply on his 1951 County Tea Assessor's Commissions. And it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be paid to him as follows to-wits $250.00 out of the Jury Fund and $250.00 out of the Court House & Jail Sinking Fund of Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that Niohola be advanced the anm of $500.00 payable $250.00 out of the Jury Fund and $250.00 out of the Court House and Tali Sinking Fund of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorised to draw voaeher against the County Treasurer in like amount.
