E. A. NSchole, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Rerr County, Taxes for the month of Augnat, 1951
showing an actual and neoessary expense of =673.50 incurred by him in the conduct of his offia
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and
such expenditures should bs approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Molter and unanimously approved by the court for such eapenditnres herela.

No. 5292. APPLICATION BY TAR ASSES80R AND COLLECTOR FOH THIRD ADVANCEMENR ON 1951 ASSESSING
COMMISSIONS.
This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to ba considered by the Court the
application of E. H. Aichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Rerr County, for an advancement
from Kerr Covnty of 2500.00 to apply on his 1951 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And it
appearing to the Court that he is entitled to suc4 advance, and that such amount should be
paid to him as follows to-wits (250.00 out of the Jury Fund and ;250.00 out of the Court
House & Jail Sinking Fund of Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded
by Goff and unanimously approved bq the court that Nichols be advanced the anm of =500.00
payable 4250.00 out of the Jury Fund and 2250.00 out of the Covrt House and Jail Sinking Fund
of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorised to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer in like amount.
