showing as actual and necessary expense of 2673.50 incurred by him in the conduct of his offic
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report 1s true and correct and
such expenditures should be approved, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by
Molter and unanimously approved by the court for such ezpenditnree herein.

Phis the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered bq the Court the
application of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement
from Rerr County of $500.00 to apply on his 1951 County Taz Assessor's Commissions. End St
appearing to the Court that he Ss entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be
paid to him as follows to-wits E250.00 out of the Jury Fund and 2250.00 out of the Court
House & Jail Sinking Fund oP Rerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded
by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that Nichols be advanced the sum of X500.00
payable 1250.00 out of the Jury Fund and 2250.00 out oP the Court House and Jnll Sinking Fund
of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to dray voucher against the
County Treasurer in like amount.
