APPLICATION BY TAR ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR FOB RHIRD ADYANCEHENT ON 1951 ASSESSING COMMI3SIONS. This the 10th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Court the application of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector of Kerr County, for an advancement from Kerr County of :500.00 to apply on his 1951 County Tax Assessor's Commissions. And it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such advance, and that such amount should be paid to him as follows to-wit: 5250.00 out oP the Jury Fund and $250.00 out of the Court House & Jail Sinking Fund of Kerr Countyq therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that Nichols be advanced the sum of ;500.00 payable x250.00 out of the Jury Fund and x250.00 out of the Court House and Jail Sinking Fund of Kerr County, and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorised to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in like amount.
