D. 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the application of Earl Garrett, 3herifY of Kerr County, requesting the authority to parchsss one additional mobile receiver and transmitter 60 xatt unit for an additional deputy's auto- mobile; and it appearing to the court that said unit xould be attached to one of the two deputy's living in an adjoining city in the County, xhieh xould be of great assistance to the Sheriff's Department and that acme should be authorized.
