D. 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the application of Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, requesting the authority to purohase one additions; mobile receiver and transmitter 60 watt unit for an additional deputy's auto- mobile; and it appearing to the court that Bald unit would be attached to one of the two deputy's living in an adjoining city Sn the County, which would bs of great assistance to the Sheriff's Department and that same should be authorized.
