APPROVAL OF COLLECTIORS OF CODNTY AND STATE TAXES FOR MONTH OF JULY, 19$1. This the 11th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be ezamined by the court, itemized monthly reports and tax receipts of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor A Collector, for the month of July, A. D. 1951, showing the disposition of all moaiea owed to the State and County collected by him during the month of July, 19$1, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to h1a examination of said reports and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts on each, and it appearing to the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs, filed herein, are correct, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk. PAIIPER ALLOWANCE TO TEMPLE A. SAELTON This the 11th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the dire necessity of a continued allowance to Temple H. Shelton, a resident of Center Point; wherefore, the court having on the 31st day of August, 1951, provided an ellowanc• to Temple H. Shelton Sn the amount of $25.00 and that said pauper is Sn s continued need of assistance and that the sum of x25.00 should be allowed by the court until further determination. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clark be, and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer Sn monthly installments payable on the 31st day of each month beginning September 3Y, 1951, to Temple H. Shelton on the general fund of Karr County until further determined by the court. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AUTHORIZED TO PURCHASE ONE ADDITIONAL MOBILE RSCEZVER AND TRANSMITTER UNIT. This the 11th day of September, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented to the court, the application of Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, requesting Lhe authority to purchase one additions; mobile receiver and tranamltter 60 watt unit for an additional deputy's auto- mobile; and it appearing to the court that said unit would be attached to one of the two deputy's living in an adjoining city in the County, which would be of great assistance to the Sheriff's Department and that same should be authorized.
