Molter, Commissioner Precinct Asa, to lease from H. W. Lewis Equipment Company, one new Allis Chalmers Model BD-3 Motor Grader, Serial As1164, Motor As3A-7924 at $11,374.80 less a tradain on one used Caterpillar 10 Motor Grader at $1500.00, leaving an aggregate of $9,874.80; and it appearing to the court that Mr. Noltsr has been using the aforesaid equipment for a short period of time and is desirous of leasing same for a period l of two years, which the court thinks advisable.
