No. 5304. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT TO AAUCHER-PIERCE & CO., INC. IH THE SUM OF $600.00 FOA
PRELIMINARIES IN RE: 30¢ TAR ELECTION FOA FARM TO MARRET AHD LATERAL AOADS AND FLOOD

This the 8th daq of October, A. D. 1951, came oa to be considered by the Court, the oral
agreement heretofore made by the Commissioners Court gad Raucher-Pierce & Co., Inc. of Sen
Antonio, Texas, for preliminary work performed for issuing bonds in regard to the 30¢ tax
election as set up under HB $107 and Farm to Market and Lateral and Flood Control AcL, provid-
Sng the issuance and printing of Lhe bonds were not ordered issued; and it appearing to the
court that such agreement was to pay said Pirm the sum of $600.00 for their preliminary work ""~
performed therein Sf said bads were not issued.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by
the court, that said Aaucher-Pierce & Co., Inc. are entitled to the said ;600.00 for their ser-
vices rendered, that the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw voucher against the County
Treasurer in a like amount payable to said firm out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

No. 53G5. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS A1PD ACCOUNTS.
This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be ezamined by the court, various
claims and accounts filed against Rerr County and its Commissioners' Precincts and special Road
& Bridge Funds, with exoeption of the General Fund, since the last term of this court, all of
which claims and acdounta were approved by the court for payment by the County Clerk in amount
and out of the respective funds as shown by the minutes of accounts authorized for Rerr County
therefore
(with the exception of the General Fund),/by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff
and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts be approved for payment
and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw vouchers against the Covnty Treasurer
in like amounts of said bills against the respective funds.

No. 5306. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FILED AGAINST THE GENERAL FOND.
This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, after motlan having been duly made by Powell,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the claims filed against the
General Fund of Rerr County be approved for payment and that the County Clerk be and is hereby
authorized to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer Sn like amounts of said bills against
the General Fund.
