No. 5304, AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT TO RAIICHER-PIERCE & CO., INC. IN THE SUM OF $600.00 FOR
PRELIMINARIES IN AE: 30¢ TAR ELECTION FOR FARM TO MARKET AND LATERAL ROADS AND FLOOD
CONTROL.
This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Court, the oral
agreement heretofore made by the Commissioners Court and Raucher-Pierce $ Co „ Znc. of San
Antonio, Texas, for preliminary work performed for Sssuing bonds in regard to the 30¢ tea
election as set up under HB iP107 and Farm to Market and Lateral and Flood Control Act, provid-
ing the issuance and printing of the bonds were not ordered issued and it appearing to the
court that such agreement was to pay said firm the sum of $600.00 for their preliminary work ""'
performed therein Sf said bads were not issued.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded bq Goff and unanimously approved by
the court, that said Raucher-Pierce & Co., Inc. are entitled to the said $600.00 for their ser-
vices rendered, that the County Clerk Ss hereby directed to draw voucher against the County
Treasurer in a like amount payable to said firm out of the General Fund of Kerr County.

No. 53G5. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be ezamined by the court, various
claims and accounts filed against Rerr County and its Commissioners' Precincts and special Roar
& Bridge Funds, with eaeeption of the General Fund, since the last term of this court, all of
which claims and accounts were approved by the court for payment by the County Clerk in amounts
and out of the respective funds as shown by the minutes of accounts authorized for Rerr Covnty
therefore
(with the exception of the General Fund),/by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff
anfl unanimously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts be approved for payment
and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw vonchers against the County Treasurer
in like amounts of said bills against the respective funds.

No. 5306. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FILID AGAINST THE GENERAL FUND.
This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Powell,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the claims filed against the
General Fund of Rerr County be approved for payment and that the County Clerk be and is hereby
authorized to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said bills against
the General Fund.

of all monies, fees collected by Iavrence Stephens, County Clerk, belonging to officers, wit- '
messes, or other persons, remaining in his hands uncalled for by Lhe parties entitled thereto
for the quarter ending September 30, A. D. 1951, as held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trus
Fund in the amount of $1710.98, and it appearing to the court that said report is in due form

This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly
report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of September, A. D. 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments a~ fury fees
collected, showing a sum of $37.35 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitlia,
him to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the court that said report Ss true and correct,
that said officer Ss entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion
duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said
report be approved and that the Covnty Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $21.0
to Judge Pringle to-wit: $7.00 out of the Road & Br].dge Fund and $14.00 out of General Fund
of Kerr County, Texas.

This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined, the monthly report of
Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, of Kerr Covnty, Texas for the month of September, A. D. 1951,
showing an actual and necessary expense of $3.00 incurred by him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that: said report is true and correct and such
expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County
Precinct ,$1, showing as aggregate of $111.18 collected Tor the month of September, 1951, and
it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and
that Lhe City of Kerrville is entitled to oae-half of the collections and deposits over
$100.00 and that said City is entitled to the sum of $5.59i therefore by motion duly made
by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and the County Clerk De directed to draw voucher agalrAt the County Treasurer Sn the
amount of $5.59 against the Ceneral Fund to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata share
of collections and deposits over $100.00,
