IN THE SUM OF $600.00 FOR PRELIMINARIES IN AE: 30¢ TAR ELECTION FOR FARM TO MARKET AND LATERAL ROADS AND FLOOD CONTROL. This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Court, the oral agreement heretofore made by the Commissioners Court and Raucher-Pierce $ Co „ Znc. of San Antonio, Texas, for preliminary work performed for Sssuing bonds in regard to the 30¢ tea election as set up under HB iP107 and Farm to Market and Lateral and Flood Control Act, provid- ing the issuance and printing of the bonds were not ordered issued and it appearing to the court that such agreement was to pay said firm the sum of $600.00 for their preliminary work ""' performed therein Sf said bads were not issued. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded bq Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that said Raucher-Pierce & Co., Inc. are entitled to the said $600.00 for their ser- vices rendered, that the County Clerk Ss hereby directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in a like amount payable to said firm out of the General Fund of Kerr County. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 53G5. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS. This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be ezamined by the court, various claims and accounts filed against Rerr County and its Commissioners' Precincts and special Roar & Bridge Funds, with eaeeption of the General Fund, since the last term of this court, all of which claims and accounts were approved by the court for payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of the respective funds as shown by the minutes of accounts authorized for Rerr Covnty therefore (with the exception of the General Fund),/by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff anfl unanimously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts be approved for payment and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw vonchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said bills against the respective funds. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5306.
